In short:
Customers only pay the price set by the seller, plus any clearly shown checkout charges such as delivery or payment processing.

What customers pay

When a customer buys a service or product on Stolify, all charges are shown upfront before payment is completed.

  • The product or service price set by the seller
  • Shipping or delivery fees (for physical products, if applicable)
  • Payment processor charges (displayed during checkout)
  • Taxes or VAT where required by law

What customers do not pay

Stolify does not add hidden platform fees to customer purchases.

  • No Stolify membership or subscription fees
  • No hidden checkout markups
  • No additional fees for accessing purchased content

Delivery & access

How customers receive their purchase depends on the product type.

  • Digital products are delivered instantly after payment
  • Services are scheduled or fulfilled by the seller
  • Physical products are shipped based on seller delivery options

Refunds & disputes

Refund policies are defined by each seller and shown clearly before purchase.

Good to know If a refund is approved, funds are returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
